ANAHOLA
ANAHOLA is poetry inspired by some extraordinary moments I had while living on the island of Kauai. Color and texture mimic the lushness of place.The monotyped Lokta paper has been hand painted with gold accents to bring light into the text, which is hand set and letterpress printed. A hand cut centre page depicts a silhouette of the "Sleeping Princess", a mountain with powerful mythology looming above Anahola. Drum leaf style binding with cloth spine and cover material by Cave Paper.
